hie guys any help

the york air con model # moh45n36bof 48 000 btu/h.the compressor is running for 44 sec in both cooling and heating.refrigerant charge is ok.but the control circuit relay is switching off during this time.it repeats after 3 min. any help urgent guys.water pump always on.

have you checked all safety switch's

HP
water flow switch

is the BMS signal ok? will it run in hand mode?
