Contact someone who can design a system for you.

They will also be able to provide a price for the finished items.

You can use a two stage cascade system. Also use R404 A in high stage and R23 in low stage.

i think you can use R404A for 1st stage and R508B for 2nd stage it's working until -86C

I CAN SUGGEST SUITABLE COMPRESSORS FOR THE CASCADE YOU ARE LOOKING FORWARD TO WITH R-404A & R-23 REFRIGERANTS . HOWVER THE SYSTEM BUILDING YOU WILL NEED TO ORGANIZE YOURSELF . HOWEVER NOT CLEAR YOUR REQUM ; AS I UNDERSTAND IT
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
-70 DEG C EVAP ............ 10 KW
THIS INFO IS SUFFICIENT TO DO COMPRESSOR SELECTION , EXCEPT YOU WILL HAVE INDICATE THE HIGH SIDE CONDENSING TEMPERATURE ON THIS APPLICATION .
BASED ON YOUR CONDENSING TEMP AN INTERMEDIATE PRESSURE CAN BE WORKED OUT & IT WILL BE SUFFICIENT TO ARRIVE AT SUITABLE SELECTIONS . HENCE SEND THE HIGH SIDE COND TEMP

I DO NOT KNOW WHY OTHER PARAMETERS AT -45 DEG C & -7 DEG C ARE GIVEN.

just for information, if 2nd stage evaporator -70 c. you should setting you 1st stage evaporator until -42c cause if 2nd stage cycle your evaporator warm until -36 c, this same like my project.and i using danfoss compressor GS.
