The compressor cooling capacity is 350 watt
1-What are the technical specifications of the evaporator coil that i need?
2- What are the technical specifications of the condenser coil that i need?

Your heat load appers to be wrong. Please re-calculate the load. If the load is correct it is not a problem to design the evaporator and condenser.
