Hi raymond:)
Supervisor 64 or touchscreen via service mode.
From service menu press 3
The screen lists the different alarms on the left ,while on the right is the selected dialout action -none,night,day or always.
IE NONE the alarm is not urgent

NIGHT Dial the alarm centre if this alarm occurs at night.

DAY Dial the alarm centre if this alarm occurs during the day

ALWAYS Dial the alarm centre whenever this alarm occurs.

However to test dial out during trading hours or when you are in the store,Depending on dial out config say its set to night dial out set it to always and simulate a alarm o/t or u/t probe fault etc and ring alarm centre to confirm alarm has been recieved.
Or if set to night adjust real time (on top end) forward so simulating out of hours or (night)ie if 13:00 hrs dial out set to 22:00 set real time to 22:05 etc. Then simulate an alarm wait for dial out ring alarm centre for confirmation of alarm.
Hope this helps ray

Kind Regards Mark:)
