Hi all.

Just wondering the thoughts on GREE air cons and inverters.

Has anyone got experience with the new inverter range and/or your views on their quality?

I'm starting to see them everywhere and just want to know if they are as good as the daikin.

Well Gree are the largest manufacturer of air conditioning in china and have now been aquired by Daikin but they are no where near as good as a Daikin product, you get what you pay for.

Do you mean "Chun Lan"? or is there yet another cheapy unit called chung lungs?
I don;t know what compressor mistral use, only looked at about 4 of them and never had to replace a compressor.
But DJ Electronics (03 9769 2307) used to be the parts supplier for Mistral http://www.djelectronics.com.au/
Well they used to be, I got a few fan motors and stuff for mistrals from them last year.
