kenmore frig/freezer help!

we have this kenmore frig/freezer, its about 6yrs old, we moved to the garage this summer, because of kitchen remodel, well we did not clean the coils for a while and it was rather hot in the garage so we turned up the cooling almost max to get thing cold where we needed them, well everthing just quite working. I repaced the compressor start relay, but it didnt work, so now I am lost here is there something else I could possible check to see why this frig does not cool anymore, oh we did finally clean the whole frig coils and took a little water tray in the bottom out and cleaned that as well, there was some brown liquid in there. both fans seem to work, compressor tank seems warm and I hear noises from the frig. like it working proper but it does not cool at all..thanks for the help al!!!!!!!!
