Hi all has any one got any ideas why my ice machine wont drop all its ice on a defrost,drops some but not all and it keeps buildng up and up until its one lump

thought it could be that it only defrosts for around two minutes . Could dirt build up on the evap be a problem also

Dirt won't help it no. Try a descale.
