i have problem with 2 tipe of thermostat

siemens model RCU50

1- dip switch program?
2-change over switch sensor chold be install separate?
thermostat use for air volume damper
4-how should i make thes thermostat works automatic temperature reach closing damper cooling open damper

model pn-374-2700

way even switch off from buttom ther is power on y1 and y2 , g
