Comparison sheet 10 ton air cooled chiller versus vrf versus conventional split

I would be obliged if someone can send me comparison of 10 ton system that runs on
1. Air cooled chiller with boiler in winter with FCU as indoor.
2.Multi digital VRF system based on scroll system.
3. conventional wall mounted split system.

Take equal amount of indoors(you can take 5 indoor of 2 ton capacity each)
I need above three comparisons with initial/installation/running and payback costs.
Basically i have some idea but need some excel sheet that i can fill to make feasibility of all above.

well i think those who have worked on systems I mentioned will have no problem, may b i shud make it myself as i have done it and expose this confidential information 2 u all:rolleyes:
