Hi,
we have this big fundamental discussion :D in the office : is it Rotolock or Rotalock valves ?

To me, is rotalock. But my collegue sais this is a brand (trade mark ?) and the general term is rotolock. I have google on it, but did not find a clear answer.
wikipedia (for what it's worth) only mentions rotolock.

Can anyone enlighten me ...

All my suppliers catalogues list them as rotalock.
I've always called them rotalock.
Don't use google, use wholesalers websites and look up rotolock and rotalock.
eg, for an easy one, try airefrig.com.au, go to the price guide, go to 'r', download the pdf and they are all listed as rotalock, not rotolock.

edit: just did a search here, 22 results for rotalock when I search threads, 11 for rotolock.
(I was hoping for less results with rotolock, but some people can't spell and democracy wins!*)

Even though this is not a democracy, so ask webram for a final opinion :)

It seems that Rotalock is trade name for a different type of fitting.

Rotolock however is the name for our type of service valve.
