Compressor Oil Pump

I am a new member. I have a problem with oil pump of compressor. When start up always get lube oil pressure low.
What's the solve about that.

As a complete guess from what you have said,
If the pump has a strainer feeding it?
Could it be Blocked?
Is there wear to the main bearing which dump excessive amounts of oil back to the sump, during start-up.
Whereas once the components are warm and the clearances reduced sufficient oil pressure is maintained.
I could carry on but until we have more it is pointless.
Don't give up on the forum but you have to give more info.
