I have problem Thermoking's container unit with MP3000 controller. Alarm low voltage appear and engine shut down. Each phase of power supply input is normally 380v/50hz but display is incorrectly read. There was read L1/ 350V L2/360 L3/ 380V.
No failure report of Micro controller, Relay board, cable and display when tested use MP3000 tester. This testing is TK procedure.

What is the possible cause?

hi teguh,

thermoking MP3000 unit runs above 350 V.If power supply below 350 V AC unit doesn't work.I seen same problem next month. You have to replace relay board.Relay board is problem.Good luck.

Best regards.

Hi Sir,
Thank you for your advice. You' re right
I just tried replace with other relay board. Engine could normally run.

So why the tester couldn't detect the damage? Tester reported pass.

Hi Teguh,

I did happyfull for your problem is ok.I think tester only check to all communication beetween relay board and controller. Also relay board working but current sensor reading defect.İ think for that cause you seen pass by tester.

If you have problem about all reefer units you may ask me.

Have a nice work.

Hi Sir,
As attached photo, which the current sensor/ voltage sensor component? I 'd never repaired by replace partial component of relay board.

Current sensing component on the relay board is the 3 relays and the small transformer beside the 400v terminals on top of relay board. New Relay boards no longer have these components and phase sensing is now done in the controller so software needs to be up to date for all to work well
