Electric Fan Heater COP

Afternoon all,

I'm currently working on a new hybrid ventilation unit and am trying to compare its energy use to other systems.

Does anyone know a typical COP for an electric fan heater of about 2kW? The type that uses a fan to blow room air over a resistance heating element?

In this case, google is not my friend :(
