Carrier zone manger old r22 units

I have a problem with a carrier zone manger a indoor pcb had to be replaced on one off the units in zone 3 after fitting it the unit is now on zone one and i am unable to sign it back to zone 3 i dont have the model but its running the older style r22 systems some body told me i need the infa red controller to be able to do what i want to do any help ?????????????
