Sanyo fault codes

[Slim R410a]

Hi all,

Had a look at the following Sanyo today, (R410a fixed speed, March 2005)
Indoor: SAP-KR224EH
Outdoor: SAP-CR224EH

Operation lamp blinks on/off continuesly (no pause) and red standby light on. Is there a way of retrieving fault codes via the infra red controller?
Took the facia off, could not see any led's on the indoor board, checked interconnecting wiring seemed ok.
Have sourced a Sanyo phone number, also have an account with Ocean Air, do they have a Sanyo tech help?

Either indoor room thermistor or indoor fan motor is defective.

Either indoor room thermistor or indoor fan motor is defective.

The fan works fine on fan only mode, when heat or cool is selected it ticks over on pre-heat. Any idea of what resistance I should be looking for on the thermistor?
