samsung aqv12fc option code?

Dear friends, I searched the whole forum and elsewhere, but I cound not find the codes for the samsung aqv12fc aircondition I just installed.
I have a green and red light blinking so it is a communication problem(???).
The codes available for the aqv12fan model do not work for the fc model I have.

Any ideas, anyone?

Unfortunately, the samsung option codes file that is posted does not have the codes for the aqv12fcn model.
And the aqv12fan codes do not work with my aircondition.

I tried all the codes from this manual and none is orking with my model.

Could you please help me?

Why don't you call the service! Is this under warranty? You are in EU. If they not provide you with codes or service sue the representative on court and report them to consumer organisation!
Or, buy proper AC!

The device is installed but it never worked!
I haven't paid a single penny yet and I will not if they don't fix it!
Next week I'm waiting for the official samsung service to come and fix this, but I don't know when they will come.

Apart from that, I have to have the code in case of...emergency!

This is why I'm desperate about the code!

My advice would be to buy AC from another manufacturer, because that will be issue a whole life of that unit! And, I wouldn't ever pay for that crappy service you got from supplier/installer!
Get away from that unit and supplier, as fast as you can!
