What insulation is on pipes (make, diameter, thickness)?
What is temperature and humidity in surrounding air? What is evaporation temperature?

Hello adeelquick.
The simplest answer is to replace the insulation as it sounds like it has lost it's ability to insulate.
I assume this install is a heat pump?
If not why insulate externally?
