1. Heat recovery wheel is used in order to provide latent as well as sensible heat transfer from outgoing low temperature air to incoming fresh air. Also, note that these are used only in 100% fresh air systems.

2. However it is important to note that it can also cause cross contamination from outgoing conditioned air to incoming fresh air.

3. Humidifiers are used to increase water content inside the air. It is used in dry ambient areas.
