Hi Team,

Just bought this unit and hooked up (last week) the auto dispenser chilled water/icemaker plumbing.

The chilled water is no colder than the cold water you get out of tap.

Ice is made OK, but the chille dwater is not very chilled.

Anyone suggest ideas how to make this chilled water at least cold?

thanks - what does chilled water actually mean?

How cold is chilled water supposed to be?

I need this info as ammunition before I chat to LG.

The water should be the temp of the fresh food side of the refrigerator. It may have a water reservoir, but the dispenser supply lines run out side the unit. The cold water may not be making it to the dispenser by the time your glass is full.

What does the specification in the handbook you got with the machine say it is supposed to do?
