Dear fellows:

I´m attempting to rebuild an discarded TK X430 compressor for emergency use in our shop. I just found out about a company (CMP) which manufactures and supplies most of the internal parts for this unit. Before trying to tear down and rebuild this compressor, I would like to know if there is someone who could provide me with the required bolt torques. Regards.

its 28ft/Ib on all external bolts except the two that hold on the oil pump housing, they are 16ft/Ib. The con rod bolts are 25ft/Ib on a CMP rebuild kit. Do not use the CMP shaft seal or oil pump drive key, both are inferior to Thermo King and will let you down. No other problem with the CMP kit.
