fujitsu trouble help please

hi can any one help me i got a fujitsu wall mount that is sick , operation light flashes 4 times and timer light 7 times , i looked up the codes that say , VDD PERMANENT STOP PROTECTION what is this and what should i do

Sounds like a fault on the indoor pcb.
Never seen such a fault myself, so don't know what causes it.
Maybe check to see if your mains voltage is OK to the indoor unit.
If it's OK, it's likely you'll need a new indoor PCB.

thanks for help guys but i have found the fault , the unit has a plasma filter fitted which had not been located correctley , so remember this on 4 flashind red and 7 flashing green
