Vans are the easiest thing to mess up. Sometimes I spend just as much re-sorting it as I spend doing installs.
I bought a large cheap galvanised tool box and took the lid off and partitioned it with particle board, It holds my oxy-acet, 2 x 20kg refrigerant bottles, 1 x 20kg reclaim so they are secure and don't move. The rest of my gear is in their plastic cases/toolboxes packed up against this metal box full of gas bottles.

That´s pretty much the same as what I have done, except I raised the box up about 250mm, so I can get the ladders underneath it, out of the way.
