danfoss oil switches

just wondering got a call this morning for oil all over plant room on a artic circle pack,found bottom of oil switch had came off as the srews had fell off.this is about the third time this year this has happened to me on different types of packs,has anyone else had this problem or is it just my bad luck as i connot remember this happenig until recently.:rolleyes:

I`ve only had it on the Artic circle packs.I`ve had 3 of them do it and they were all the basic models of switches.D&W technical said that a dodgy batch may have been sent out because all the switches were on packs built around 1999 and 2000.

i had the same thing on danfoss dual pressure and oil pressure switches around the bellows.couple of month ago, on linde packs.
