Hi, I'm a designer engineer, and I want to know which type of fan coils shall i use (i.e. Cassette or concealed one) is their any principle for the selection such as cooling load, room size, room highet,..ect) please advise

The type that you use is decided by you alone.

Capacities are dependent on the equipment selected.

Unit type will depend on the room and what the designer wants.
The cassette is the easier install but requires a suitable room. too small and loads a drafts, odd shape and dead areas etc.
Ducted units are atrickier ionstall due to the ducying but leave a relatively clean ceiling, can be designed for low discharge velocities and can be arranged for air discharge where its needed.
while both the cassette and the ducted units are best suited where there is a ceiling void the cassette can be adapted to smaller voids.
There is no simple answeras the best unit is the one that suits your customer and his rooms requirements
