Hello guys, I've got a frigidaire elite upright freezer -FVE2199B with a knackered thermostat - doesn't switch off, temp gauge reads below -40C. That explains the excessive electric bill:(. Anyway, the wifes been whinging about it so I said I would change the stat if she defrosted it and got all the crap out. I knew I had a ranco freezer stat in the van so I took the cover off and found that the one on the freezer was a 3 wire stat but my ranco was on two.
Can any of you guys tell me which one of the other two types of ranco I should get.
