Room AIRCONDITION...only FAN

Only FAN is working, How can i test the THERMOSTAT, CAPACITOR, OVERLOAD part. What is the sign to be inspect or test. I have my tester, i test the THERMOSTAt i think its good(there is continuity when turning on)...how about the CAPACITOR, COMPRESOR and overload part. How do i test that..thanks in advance.

The Brand is CONDURA ROOM aircondition.

I REPLACED the Capacitor..now my room air condition is now working perfectly.

thanks for the replay on this subject,but if you build a nicer story around it all, even if the problem is fixed, then you're learning us something to. by the way, welcome on the forum.
