We bought the Service Manager from Clik last week and are in the process of installing all of our database. Before we bought it we downloaded the full 30 day trial programme and had a play - seems to do everything we want. Anybody else use this?

We had a look at the Service Life from Business Edge but liked the Clik software more user friendly

I bought Clik......the whole works.....was dissapointed in the Service Manager
I say, use it and do a proper evaluation, see if it works for you
If it does.......100 percent, go for it
Its not exactly cheap either

I dont use it now.......
I use Intuit Quickbooks instead
I know.......you will say , that is an accounting package!!
Youd be surprised.......I run my business off it

Had a problem today with Clik - found out that when the programme was open the whole network slowed to a crawl even found that trying to open a file from the computer running Clik was a no no. Shut Clik and hey presto! - everything was back to normal. I've sent an e-mail to Clik describing the problem - I'll let you know the reply (Got to be worth a part of the £500 I've paid!!!)

All credit to Clik - we found that the computer had serious problems and everything is just fine now - even Clik is up and running.

Just goes to show that it is not always the last piece of software installed that causes the problem :)

Wish I was in the computer game as I seem to spend an awful lot of time fixing them :D
