condenser selection

Hello everyone,
currently i'm selecting a condenser for a med. temperature compressor and i consider delta T = 6 K
the condending temperature = ambient + 6 K
What is the minimum delta T actualy can be obtained with very large surface area condenser? Can i go below 6 K?
