In an our project ; In case of fire, We want to use the Air condition ducts by fire exhaust ducts.

We need flanged duct gaskets that have a fire resistance 250C (60 minutes)
Do you know a producer for this product

In case of fire, ducts should be closed to not let fresh air in room, so I dont see your point.
Every fire proof zone should have fire-proof duct flap to isolate that zone from another and not fire proof duct to bring new air.
If there is no new air, there is no fire, because fire need oxygen from fresh air to burn.

If I understand correctly you want to use the air ducts to extract the air after a fire and want the ductwork to be air tight, also after the fire.

Read here some data on fire proofing of ductwork - it is not a simple task.

Also if the ducts leak after the fire does it matter, the smoke will be drawn through the leaks as well as the grilles.
