We have recently taken over the maintenance on a site which has 2 Trane ECCU104BLA Scroll chillers, both have a problem with the controller

The chillers are running OK, but overcool the water and trip on the frost thermostat protection. The set point is 12C.

The main PCB has a switch which you set to "P" and this allows you to change the Parameters using the dip switches.

I suspect that the battery backup has failed. But I dont have a programing section to my O&M. does anyone have a copy I can have.

Welcome Iceman!
Following the link that Icecube has supplied, I have not identified the model that you want.
But I have found a link to this controls Manual!
Download it and see what you think.
Personally if it is overshooting setpoint
I would check the accuracy of the EWT or LWT Probe whichever is applicable?
