Hi, hoping you can help please? I have a frost free fridge freezer just under a year old which has started to leak water onto the floor. The back of the fridge section has iced up, the drainage hole is clear, and there doesn't appear to be any problem with the freezer section. Is anyone able to advise what the problem might be please? Any advice much appreciated. Thanks!

Are you sure that this is a frost free and not an automatic defrost refrigerator? If so there can be only one reason for frost in the fridge section, and that is that the flap, which controls the airflow from the freezer section to the fridge section is not working. In other words it stay open and does not close when the temperature is low enough.

It's a RFF5050FF. Bought as a B&Q own brand, but I understand it's actually made by Samsung?? Thanks.

If it's under a year it has a warranty - why not use it ?
