can anyone help? have just moved house and there is a wall mounted hinari unit in the conservatory acr947qfc/fcf. how does it work? there has been no remote control left and can't find anything on the unit to operate it.

Any ideas??

Not familiar with Hiari stuff but there is usually an emergency on/off button either on the side of the casing of the indoor unit or under the front flap where the filters are. You can buy universal remote controls which can be used to operate your unit.. I bought one for the van from RPW but you may find one on the Bay

get intouch with the old owners. They will be able to tell you what you need.
