Cutting device for Tube ice

I need your help for design of a device or tools for cutting tube ice during its harvesting (by using hot gas).

As usually, tube ice machine has it's cutting tube ice device.

Yes you right each unit tube ice has it's cutting device. Do you have design or drawing of this cutting device, as I need to make drawing for my dissertation.

most of the companies that manufacturer an ice maker have a propritary design for the cutter.
But it is really pretty simple ,
It is a rotating set of blades and a slinger all mounted on a rotating table.
this is usually shaft driven with a top and bottom bearing with a belt drive below to a outboard mounted electric drive
Most are preset for the ice cube lengh before shipment .
