what is the most economical way of blast freezing 450,000 kilos per week in 25 kilo boxes 1000 kilo pallets 1200 by 1000mm in size?

By using the correctly sized equipment.

Not sure how this relates to over clocking computers but we live and learn.

It is a huge capacity for sure. Typically One Ton per hr requires @ 180KW ref capacity.

Depends on what your freezing. How long time would it need to be frozen in?

Is it 450 tons on monday, and then stored till sunday, and then another 450 tons on monday again? Or is it a constant flow through the week?
