This gram counter fridge ices up after about 5 days use. There is only an analogue knob on the front to control temp so I don't know what to do ;-) Any suggestions?

That looks like a blast chiller to me?

The things to look for are

1 Is the defrost on a timer?

2 Is the timer working?

3 Is the thermostat working correctly? ie does it run all the time?

4 Are the door seals ok (the door gaskets)?

5 Are the doors left open in a hot kitchen?

Any one of those things can cause it to ice up, combine two of three of them together
and it will deffinately ice up.

Cheers taz.

Taz has got the bases covered on this.

This is a 1980's counter/bench refrigerator.

Not much to add other than there is a mechanical thermostat and defrost timer which could be defective. Also make sure both both eveaporator fan motors are running.

If you need the spare parts diagram or any cabinet information please send me a PM.

Looks like one fan isn't working.
I may be wrong, but all I've been given to work with is a photo, and that's what the photo is telling me.
I'll correct my opinion if necessary if you give me more info on temps etc.
