I'm currently working on a hotel maintaining their long out dated packaged terminal units, as such they are dying off and need replacement.

Currently they're using the York T3BX014E00406 Air con with electric heat.

We want to update them with a Heat pump variant but in a form factor that will fit the existing through wall shells.

Our local HVAC & R shop says we can't get any thing in this form factor but that seems rather unlikely, perchance any one here know of any good types of heat pump that are in the relatively same form factor?

Thanks

Form factor = Its shape

Leng - width - Hieght

As in its shape

When Dilip sahasrabu asked for form factor I think he meant to ask is it ducted, upright, console, RAC, split, weatherwall etc.
You know heat pumps aren't much good when the ambient gets below 5C? Maybe the electric heat models were chosen for a good reason.
ARe you talking about ducted package units or room air con?

Packaged Terminals/consol, here when ptac is said it is a slide in wall type. Here in BC Heat pumps do well, not to mention most come with electric secondary heat.

The building is older then you or I togeather and the air cons ARE older them me!
