Anyone can help me how to calculate pressure drop of axcial fan after blowing through FCU ( FCU is 500mm (H) and 1200 (w) )

No, impossible for us to perform that calculation with such limited information.

Why not measure the pressure drop?

Coil manufacturer should be able to provide air side pressure loss tables.
