We have a Thermo King MD-II SR that had a little pamplet style book with all the trouble codes listed. Does anyone have a file that they can send me with the same trouble codes so we can have another copy. Our code book is lost and we would like to have another.

84 = RESTART NULL. Usually occurs with 63 out of fuel
