Many Daikin kit damaged on Arival ?

Do any other people see Daikin Kit Damaged on Arrival lately,

We had a spate of this a few years ago when CS took over deliveries.

After many complaints things were better.

But now we are seeing loads of kit being damaged from the warehouse.

Kit being delivered to site, damaged beyond repair.
We are getting fed up with it,


How are you seeing the Daikin deliveries ?

Not recently however I have noticed a problem with MHI who have been using a new courier/haulier who is not as good at delivery times as the last one they used.

Had a cassette smashed on one corner 6weeks ago. Only noticed when opening the box, 2 hrs after taking delivery.

Daikin got us the replacement same day so not real problem.

I must admit, i changed over to Space about 12 months ago......what a revelation. (and not just for the free shopping vouchers for the wife)
Highly recommended, just remember to pay up on time, oooops!

Now I did mention a problem with MHI not Daikin but I deal with Space who I've worked with for nearly 10 years now and agree with Frank wholeheartedly.
