What pressure do you want on a Fridge (3 - 5 o) using R22.

Well you normally want it 6k lower than the temp for forced draught, so ~330kPa when it's down to the correct temp.
But if the coil is undersized and designed for high TDs like most brand commercial cabinets are, you don't have much to say about it, charge to superheat/sightglass/factory stated weight and ignore the pressure.

Ooo Ooo a game, I like playing games.
Ermmm lets see now what pressure do I want on a fridge?? Now then where is my piece of string? Oooh I need my string to see how long it is :o.

Only teasing.
Just look on your gauges and tell us what pressures you've got and we will take it from there.

Ps

Ian since 2005 you have asked 4 or 5 questions and not once did you contribute to the discussion or reply with feedback on how you got on.

Call me old fashioned and all but it does not hurt to show a small amount of appriciation if somone takes the time to help someone.
