Just got dumped with the maintenance and it looks like the kit got some colourful history...

Is that Stanhope Gardens in Derby?

There are a number of places called Stonhope Gardens in & around London but I would guess your site might be just off the Cromwell Road as this area is wall to wall hotels.
Have worked in a few of them but not this one sorry;)
