Portable Air Con Condenser box ?

I have just purchased the Amcor 10KM-410 Portable Air Conditioner.

I was wondering if i can use a condenser box which you can use for Tumble Dryers ?

The same principle must work for both, the tumble dryer needs a hose directed outside to vent, the same as a portable air con unit.

Amcor portables are made by Gree.

Air conditioner is not like tumble drier, its a bit different.

The condenser box for a tumble drier is simply to 'condense' the water vapour coming from the drier.

The hose from your air conditioner is discharging 'heat' away from the room and the unit.

If you put the hose into a condenser box inside the room then all that will happen is the heat you have taken out with the cooler section will be blown back into the room through the hose.
