Help needed!

Hello guys,

I am a salesman from a China-based heat pump company.

Last week, I was asked by one partner to pay for so-called license fee for R417a refrigerant. I have written to UK Heat Pump Association, but was told to contact DuPont,Ineos Fluor or IDS for details. The never reply to me till now.

So, does anyone have any idea of this issue? If yes, please kindly offer some help.:)

I think that your question is outside the normal scope of most of the members here.

You will need to maintain contact with the refrigerant patent holders for R417a I would imagine.
