Brema Ice Machine

I have a Brema ice machine and its not even 1 year old. the ice cubes are coming out hollow. Any ideas why??

Yes,locate the condensser it will be at the bottem of the machine.Probably have to take the front pannel off.It will be blocked solid with dust,im sure of it.Best to use a vacum cleaner to suck it off.

What kind of Brema???
If the ice is hollow would you not be talking about a spray system, look at the water jets. look at a water filter.
