Fujitsu Problem

A friend of mine owns a Fujitsu AR12TFCMF for indoor unit and not enough cold air is coming out of it.Looks like fan speed problem,but we don't have a clue how to fixed it.Any manual available or a suggestion? Thanks in advance.

ring your local friendly AC company and get them to take a look for you,DIY home fixes nine times out of ten end up costing,and we wouldn't want you getting hurt now would we

comms error, wall control not talking to indoor pcb or vice versa.
Bad cable, faulty controller or indoor pcb.
