Fujitsu Problem

A friend of mine owns a Fujitsu AR12TFCMF for indoor unit and not enough cold air is coming out of it.Looks like fan speed problem,but we don't have a clue how to fixed it.Any manual available or a suggestion? Thanks in advance.

ring your local friendly AC company and get them to take a look for you,DIY home fixes nine times out of ten end up costing,and we wouldn't want you getting hurt now would we
