RS21DCNS water filer?

Hi,
The red water filer light has come on, but I can't find where the filter is on the fridge to change it? Other people have said its on the back but I cannot see it, can anyone please help?

Have you tried reading the manual or asking the supplier of the unit ?

[edit] Just Googled and found that you are talking about a domestic refrigerator.
