I have an old westinghouse freezer that has been converted to a salad bar without refrigeration. that is where Icome in. I need to remove 3320-5100 btu/h I have located a r22 condenser but need a plate evaporator and i wasn't sure about selecting a txv or if that would even work. any suggestions?

You need TXV or cap tube.
