can anyone tel me how to calculate condenser size from evap duty

Is this for air conditioning duty and is it air cooled or water cooled?

You can't.

Condenser heat rejected = evaporator heat absorbed + heat of compression

If you know the evaporator temperature and you have the evaporator load then you need a mfg heat rejection factor for either an open compressor or a suction cooled compressor EX; evaporator load = 12,000 btu
evaporator temperature = 20*F
from mfg condensing table for suction cooled compressor the temperature heat correction factor = 1.33 for say 110 condensing temperature = ~ 4,000 btu for a total of 14,000 btu condenser.I would use 15,000 btu. If I wanted to know what HP fan motor to use I would devide 15,000 btu/1.08 x TD = CFM for air cooled condenser
