do you want help with calibration of controls or someone to size a desuperheating valve? or both? your post is unclear.

For calibration in Australia we have an organisation called NATA (National Association of Testing Authorities), we would send our control units and sensors to a NATA approved lab for testing, calibration and certification. You may have a similar organisation in the USA.

In the US, the organization that provides the instrument calibration traceability is NIST (National Institute of Standards & Technology I believe, or something like that). They only deal with instrument calibrations and certifications.

It sounds like the question is being asked: how do you control a system for very close control of the set points. Is that right?
